Haunted Walk and Halloween Dance
Residence Life and Student Government partnered on Thursday, October 28, to host the annual Halloween Dance and Haunted Walk. The dance was held in the RAC theatre complete with snacks and a pizza party. Prizes were awarded to the best costumes. The Haunted Walk began in Alma Gatewood basement, through the first floor and out the lobby. The student body enjoyed dressing up, dancing, playing games, and being scared witless.

Chili and Cupcakes
Barbier and Palmer Halls were treated to a chili and cupcake dinner hosted by Beth Bowers. This is one example of the ways our professional staff tries to encourage positive relationships and community building with their students. As you can see, the students really enjoyed Beth's chili!

Hall Closing
Please be aware the hall closes for Thanksgiving Break on Saturday, November 20th, at 10am. Students who need help making housing arrangements should contact their Resident Director promptly. The halls will reopen on Sunday, November 18th, at 1pm. Students should take any personal belongings they will need (clothes, medications, books, etc).

The halls close for Christmas break on December 18th at 10am and reopen on January 9th at 1pm.
Please be aware that the Resident Directors may not be available to let students into their rooms due to vacation schedules, so it is imperative that they take whatever belongings they will need over breaks when they check out of the halls for break.
